1. Who we are
The learning portal at learning.saasintelli.com (the “Portal”) is operated by Insight & Logic IT Academy (a SaaSIntelli product)(“we”, “us”, “our”), Lohegaon, Green Park Society, Flat No. 102, Pune 411047, Maharashtra, India. For the purposes of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”) we are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described in this policy. Where the EU/UK GDPR applies, we act as the data controller.

2. Data we collect
Information you give us
- Account data: email address (used to sign in), name, phone number, city, education, occupation and preferred learning mode.
- Enquiries: details you submit through our contact form, such as your course interest and message.
- Learning data: courses and batches you enrol in, lesson progress, notes you write, and class attendance recorded by trainers.
- AI tutor sessions: when you use the online AI tutor, your voice is streamed to our AI provider to generate responses. We store the text transcript of each session in your notes so you can review it. We do not store your voice recordings on our servers.
Payment information
Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive and store the amount, status, order and payment reference IDs. We never receive or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials. For payments made at the centre we record the amount, method and any reference number.
Information collected automatically
- Sign-in security data: IP address, browser user-agent and timestamps of sign-in codes and sessions.
- Essential cookies needed to keep you signed in — see our Cookies Policy. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
3. How and why we use your data

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decisions that have legal effects on you.
4. Who we share data with
We share personal data only with service providers (Data Processors) who help us run the Portal, under contracts that require them to protect it:
- Vercel — website hosting and delivery.
- Neon — managed PostgreSQL database where account and learning data is stored.
- Resend — delivery of sign-in codes and service emails from noreply@saasintelli.com.
- Razorpay — payment processing.
- ElevenLabs — AI voice for the online tutor and narrated lectures.
With your consent, we may share your profile with hiring partners for placement opportunities. We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights and users.
5. International transfers
Some of our providers store or process data outside India (for example in the United States). We only use providers that apply appropriate safeguards, and transfers are made in line with the DPDP Act and any restrictions notified by the Government of India.
6. How long we keep data
- Account and learning records: while your account is active and up to 3 years after your last activity.
- Payment and invoice records: 8 years, as required by Indian tax and accounting laws.
- Sign-in codes: expire after 10 minutes and are deleted periodically. Sessions expire after 30 days.
- Enquiries from people who don't enrol: up to 12 months.
7. Security
We use HTTPS everywhere, passwordless sign-in with hashed one-time codes, hashed session tokens in secure HTTP-only cookies, role-based access so only the academy owner can access the admin panel, and audit logs of administrative actions. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India of any personal data breach as the law requires.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:
- access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is processed;
- correct, complete or update your data (much of it you can edit yourself on your profile page);
- request erasure of your data, where we are not legally required to keep it;
- withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect processing already carried out);
- nominate another person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity;
- raise a grievance with us, and if unresolved, complain to the Data Protection Board of India (or your local supervisory authority under the GDPR).
Email info@saasintelli.com from your registered address to make a request. We respond within 30 days.
9. Children
The Portal is intended for learners aged 18 and above. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must register and give verifiable consent on your behalf. We do not knowingly track or target advertising at children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be notified by email or on the Portal. The effective date at the top shows when it was last revised.
