Classroom (offline) courses
- Cancel 7 or more days before your batch starts: full refund minus payment-gateway charges.
- Cancel within 7 days of the start date, or within the first week of classes: 50% refund.
- After the first week of classes: no refund, but you may transfer once to a later batch of the same course, subject to availability.
Online (AI-tutored) courses
- Request a refund within 7 days of purchase and before completing 20% of lessons: full refund minus gateway charges.
- After 7 days or 20% progress: no refund.
Cancelled batches
If we cancel or indefinitely postpone a batch, you can choose a full refund or a free transfer to another batch.
How to request
Email info@saasintelli.com from your registered email with your receipt number. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. Cash payments are refunded by bank transfer.
