1. Acceptance
By creating an account or enrolling in a course you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. The portal is operated by Insight & Logic IT Academy (a SaaSIntelli product).
2. Your account
- You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep access to your inbox secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- Provide accurate details. One account per person — accounts and course access are non-transferable.
- We may suspend accounts that misuse the portal, share paid content, or violate these terms.
3. Courses, fees and batches
- Fees are shown in Indian Rupees in your dashboard and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- An enrollment becomes active once full payment is received. “Pay at centre” reservations may be released if payment is not made before the batch starts.
- Batch dates, timings, trainers and venue may change for operational reasons; we will notify you in advance.
- Online access is provided for the course duration plus 6 months unless otherwise stated.
4. AI tutor
The online AI tutor is trained on our course material but can occasionally make mistakes. Use it as a learning aid, verify important information, and contact a trainer if something seems wrong. Do not share sensitive personal information with the tutor.
5. Intellectual property
Course content, recordings, notes and materials belong to Insight & Logic IT Academy or its licensors. You may use them for personal learning only and may not copy, resell, publish or share them.
6. Conduct
Treat trainers, staff and other learners with respect, both in class and online. Harassment, cheating or disruption may lead to removal without refund.
7. Certificates and placement
Certificates are issued on completing the course requirements. Placement support means guidance, preparation and referrals; we do not guarantee a job offer or specific salary.
8. Liability
We provide the portal “as is” and work to keep it available and accurate. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the course concerned.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
